REGISTRATION / INSURANCE
To register for a class, complete the Registration form, and return it with your non-refundable one time registration fee of $20.00. Once you pay this registration fee as long as your child continues in this gym you will not be required to pay it again.
There is a $75.00 Insurance fee per student that is
to be paid in September. This covers the period of September – August. This is an annual fee.

TUITION PAYMENTS
Tuition is due by the first the first of the month.
If tuition is received after the 5th of the month you
will be charged a $10.00 late fee.
TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE MONTH HAS BEGUN.
We accept cash or check – NO CREDIT CARDS.
LATE CHARGE – RETURNED CHECKS
Payments not received by the 5th of the month will be charged a $10 late fee. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks for whatever reason. If you are billed a late or returned check fee, these fees must be included with your payment.

MAKE-UP POLICY
You are allowed ONE make-up during each month. Make-ups must be scheduled with the office – No “drop-ins” will be allowed.
MISSED CLASSES CANNOT BE USED TO DISCOUNT TUITION.
